Jewellery ordered from www.diamondtree.co.in will arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition with tamper-proof packaging. Sequel is our courier partner. Before accepting or signing for the shipment, inspect it for any damage or tampering. Make a video of your shipment being unpacked for security concerns.

Delivery to Identified Individual
For hassle-free delivery, customers must input the correct data of the Consignee / Recipient Name (as indicated on their photo identification issued by the Government of India) as well as the entire Address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number. When the jewellery arrives at its location, the recipient will be required to show any of the following identity credentials (government ID) to collect the shipment:
• Passport • PAN Card • Driver's License • Voter Registration Card • Aadhar Card
We ensure that delivery is done with the assistance of a courier agent after verifying the recipient's identity and having the courier agent confirm the same. To ensure that the delivery is safe and secure, the courier agent will take down the recipient's identity verification data. The receiver is supposed to comply with the agent during this process by supplying original copies of identity proof for identification.
While delivering the order, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number associated with the order to ensure secure delivery. Only after the OTP is confirmed can the courier agent perform the delivery.
Orders can only be delivered to the consignee's or recipient's residential or work address, or to any nearby Diamondtree Stores in India. Orders cannot be delivered at public locations such as a mall, hotel, restaurant, hostel, or on the street.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will make two attempts to deliver the shipment. If the receiver cannot be reached or is unavailable, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
Additional shipping charges will be incurred by the buyer in the event of a failed delivery or an inaccurate address.
Change in Shipping Address
Alter in Shipping Address: If a customer wishes to change their shipping address, they should send an email to email@example.com within 12 hours of placing order. However, if the order has been dispatched, no change in shipping address will be accepted.
The guarantee of product delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the Courier Company. Any inconsistency in the receiver's information will result in the product not being delivered.
